It’s Sunday and we wing it a bit on Sundays with inspiration from clients, inspiration from my own health struggles and life in general.
However, this Sunday, we are going to be starting Elimination Sunday.
We are going to be eliminating one food per week until I get you all to the place where you have eliminated all of the foods on my bad list.
We will do this one food at a time so that you can ease into it. Before you know it, you are eating healthy. WooHoo!!
