
Health discussions on Sunday Freestyle are open to inspiration or questions I’ve had from clients and people in the health community so it’s always a surprise.
We will also continue our eliminations. We are working on eliminating one item per week and if you haven’t already joined in this, we would love to have you work on this with all of us.
We have eliminated Dairy so far so catch up, get rid of the dairy. Can’t wait to have you join us next week.
