Stress is such a huge component of our lifestyle. It is important to make sure we have tools to help release the stress or it adds up and becomes a huge factor in illness. Things like meditation and yoga go a long way but I find that more than one tool provides a better opportunity to be successful.
This program teaches you a method of physically releasing stress without actually putting the body into a fight or flight response. There is no distress of discussing stressful events. It truly is just a technique that relies on a physical release of the stress. Once you learn the technique, you will be able to do this in the comfort of your own home, while you travel, anytime you have a few minutes and need a bit of a release.
