Let’s talk food. Real, raw, yummy food that’s good for your thyroid. If living with Hashimoto’s disease isn’t hard enough, it can be difficult to change your diet completely. Luckily, I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve when it comes to making delicious green smoothies that are AIP friendly.

The more greens we have in our diet, the better off we all are. They provide ample amounts of vitamins and minerals. Greens are highly nourishing and healing. They have been extensively researched to show therapeutic effects for regulating and balancing hormone function. So let’s all keep lots and lots of greens in our diets to help with thyroid issues!
