I just want to say, thank you Kevin Gifford!!  Without you, I would not have this amazing tool.  The GYST System changed my life and the way I schedule my time.

Kevin has been a life/business coach for many years.  I happened on him back in 2007 or 2008 I think, and he has been my coach off and on over the years.  But more than that, he has become a dear friend.

He realized in the process of coaching that his clients needed an organization system to help them in the success of their goals.  I have used this system extensively over the years to organize my very busy life, and to keep me on top of everything I have in my calendar.

In working with my own clients, I realized one of the big hurdles in the life of very sick people is how to fit in everything I’m going to ask them to do in a life that is already a struggle.  And I’m also going to ask them to change their priorities.

I needed a solution.

And then it dawned on me.  The GYST system isn’t just for business.  It can also be used to help rearrange a life of a person or a family.  Most importantly, it can be used to force priority changes.

Women are inherently terrible at making themselves the priority.

But when you are sick, you must be the #1 priority.

You cannot get healthy putting yourself on the backburner of your life.  Ever.

This is why the GYST system is one of my favorite tools.  The first thing that gets scheduled by my clients every week is my client.  Everything the client needs to work on their health.  Sleep, stress management, exercise, time to cook.  All of this goes in there first.

There is also room to define health goals, and action items.  There is a place to define mindset for the day and habits that need work.

I find this part of the program crucial to success and the fact that this wonderful man has already developed a tool that works perfectly has helped my clients to be more successful.

If you are a current client, and aren’t using this well, I would ask that you reconsider why you are resisting.  Why are you struggling with helping yourself this way?  Might be a good time to think about that.

If you want to find out more about the GYST system, Kevin and I did a webinar session in my Autoimmune Series not that long ago.

You can find that video on the Your Health Made Simple YouTube channel.

Have a wonderful rest of your day.
